A Fraternal Encounter

On 13 April we joyfully welcomed Cardinal João Braz de Aviz, Prefect of the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life, to our Generalate in Rome. The General Team had the opportunity to talk with him about the progress of the Congregation, the current situation of the Church and of Religious Life. He also shared about the organisation of his dicastery. It was a fraternal and simple dialogue. The evening ended with dinner. On behalf of the Claretian Missionary Sisters, he was given the book “Two pens moved by the same Spirit” and an African carving of the Virgin Mary.
