Celebrating the Jubilee of Consecrated Life
12 October 2025It was very exciting to be able to participate from 8 to 11 October in the various meetings organised by the Dicastery for Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life for the celebration of the Jubilee of Consecrated Life. Vigil, Eucharistic celebrations, meeting with Pope Leo XIV, listening to the words of the Prefect of Consecrated Life, Sister Brambilla, continuing to practise the exercise of conversation in the Spirit, contemplative moments guided by Giacomo Costa SJ, reflection on Peace by Sister Teresa Maya CCVI, and a profound practical reflection on conflict management led by the team of Fr. David McCallum SJ. It has been a time of grace and light. In all these, there has been no lack of celebration of the Jubilee in the Claretian Family: Claretian Missionaries, Cordimarian Filiation, Claretian Missionary Sisters and Missionaries of St. Anthony Mary Claret. It was a great opportunity to continue strengthening the bonds that unite us: ‘Claretian spirituality,’ and to give thanks for the gift of each specific vocation that embodies the charism and puts it into practice in daily life and mission.
May the Lord bless us all to be pilgrims of Hope and artisans of Peace!
