Transformative Leadership Rooted in Hope and Synodality
21 October 2025From October 20th to 25th, we are holding the Superiors’ Encounter of the South Asian Delegation (India and Sri Lanka), which began with great enthusiasm and motivation at Antonia Paris Nilaya, Mysore. The theme guiding us throughout this gathering is Transformative Leadership Rooted in Hope and Synodality.
The first day began with a reflection on the Parable of the Good Samaritan, followed by a time of personal prayer. Upon returning from prayer, participants shared their reflections and personal experiences inspired by the passage.
This was followed by a warm welcome address from Sr. Rajani Thomas, the Delegation Superior, to all the superiors present.
The main session opened with presentations from each community, focusing on signs of communion, mission activities, challenges faced, future possibilities, and suggestions for growth and improvement.
As we continue this journey together, may our Founders, María Antonia París and St. Anthony Mary Claret, be our inspiration and example in living out transformative leadership. We humbly ask for your prayers and accompaniment during these meaningful days of shared reflection and leadership.
