Warming Our Hearts to Experience the Canonical Visit

On December 1^st, the General Team met online with the Province of Europe: sisters and those who walk together with us as heirs of the same charism, as well as the lay people with whom we carry out the mission in the various apostolic centres of the Province, in order to pray together.

This gathering was, first and foremost, a space to give thanks to God for the opportunity to live and recognise this time of canonical visitation as His “way of acting and passing” in our midst. We also asked the Holy Spirit to grant each of us the gifts and attitudes we need to be open to listening, to transparent sharing, and to seeking together to be builders of communion.

The time of prayer was deep, heartfelt, and filled with anointing and participation from both the lay people and the sisters. As one family and with one heart, we united our voices, eager to welcome His love and to listen to Him in this significant and transformative event for each person and for the Province of Europe.
