CONVERSING WITH PARIS AND CLARET MISSIONARIES IN SYNODALITY

6 March 2025

Within the framework of the Congregational Path: “Deep into Sea”, on March 1st, we, religious and laity, deepened our understanding of the Synodal call in the light of the Founders.

With a creative dynamic, the special guests: Paris and Claret, interviewed by Caixal, a priest who accompanied both founders throughout their lives, offered us a reading of the final document of the XVI Synodal Assembly in the light of their charismatic inspirations.

This illumination was carried out by Mª José, Saúl and Kike, three lay people from the General Spirituality Team, coordinated by Ondina, Claretian Missionary. It was a great opportunity to rediscover fundamental charismatic elements such as: evangelical poverty, family life, walking together, which lead us to live in synodality. They also invite us to feel that the charism is alive and present in its response to ecclesial calls and to savor a renewed reading from the heart of the lay vocation.

Special thanks to the Spirituality Team and to the Commission of Deep into Sea, for giving us this profound enlightenment and inviting us to renew our commitment to missionary transformation.

During these days, the text “María Antonia París, friend and companion in the journey” is being distributed.
