One family: women who are sisters because they are called by God to the same mission. From different ages, cultures, traditions, and languages, we find in communion the human, apostolic, formative, and spiritual strength. We live in community where we share faith, the claretian vocation, projects, goods and talents… We also learn to overcome our limitations and weaknesses.
Family life involves moments of encounters, shared prayer, listening to the Word of God, the Eucharist, and work. But above all it is a fraternal relationship in faith that energizes our missionary sending and service. Our communities are simple, open and welcoming.
Life in community requires a dose of maturity, acceptance of multicultural living together and readiness to change, because our belonging to a community is temporary.
A family to evangelize has been the dream of the Founders which goes beyond the community to which we are consecrated. The claretian charism (Claret and Paris) is not the property of the claretian sisters. All those who find in this spirit a way of life in evangelical values or of service to the missionary Church, in the style of the apostles, are part of this family according to their personal vocation.
Together with other institutes, inspired by the charism of Claret, we form the Claretian Family.
