Accompanying

Since January 23, Priscilla, Superior General, and Amilbia, General Prefect of Formation, have been in Kinshasa (Dem. Rep. of Congo) to accompany the Provincial Council in the preparation of the Assembly to be held from February 4-6 and in the preparation of the III Provincial Chapter to be held in August of this year, with a view to evaluating and projecting the future.

During this weekend they held a formation workshop with the sisters in temporary vows. The 17 junior sisters present in the Congo participated. They worked, reflected and dialogued on Identity and Belonging, defense mechanisms and they were given tools to continue growing integrally. It has been an experience of deep listening and sharing in a dynamic of growth conversation that has left a desire for continuity and to continue responding responsibly to the Claretian call.

In the coming days, they will visit the communities of Kinshasa.
