Canonical Visit to the Community and School of Bosa

From May 8 to 12, Priscilla Latela and Lidia Alcántara Ivars carried out the Canonical and General Finance Officer visit to the community and school in Bosa, Colombia.

The visit began with a beautiful welcome ceremony organized by the educational community and unfolded through moments of prayer and encounter with the sisters, as well as meetings with the school’s Leadership, Management, Administration, and Pastoral Teams, together with a gathering involving all the staff members of the institution. They also visited all the classrooms, enjoying meaningful moments of sharing with the students.

To conclude the visit, the educational community once again prepared a very moving celebration that included, among other things, traditional dances from one region of the country and a charismatic performance presented by the youngest children. At the end of the event, as a gift and symbol of the visit, a plant called Siete Cueros was planted together with the different representatives of the institution.

Priscilla and Lidia carry in their hearts many gestures of welcome, affection, and generosity received throughout these days from the sisters, lay collaborators, and students.
