CARING LOVE

We contemplate Jesus in company with his disciples around the table. His words and gestures convey such a profound and important message for those who want to follow him. Jesus himself asks: Do you understand what I have done to you?

At the supper… symbols that speak of service as a way, of a life freely given, of a love that embraces all without measure, of life-giving encounter and nourishment, of fidelity to the project that commits everyone: BEING BROTHERS!

Our wounded world still needs the example that Jesus has given us, to LOVE which is to care for those for whom no one cares.
