Constellating Guiding Principles

30 April 2025

On 28 April, the meeting of the General Team, Major Superiors and Councils continues with the prayer of the day, prepared by the sisters of the Province of Latin America, focusing on the ecclesial dimension. Each team offers and invites to pray during the Mass for the reality of the Church that they know and live in their own environment.

During the first part of the morning, the sisters of the different prefectures met to continue with the specific themes, while welcoming the arrival of Sara Ferreras, a coach already known to the Congregation for having accompanied different processes.

Sara challenges the sisters with a dynamic of dialogue that awakens the joy of being a Claretian missionary, proposing concrete events and, at the same time, from this lived experience, she invites us to identify what is the specific contribution of our charism to the life of other people.

An interesting reflection has helped us to reconnect with our ‘guiding principles’. The environment may change, the language may change, but the underlying ideas must remain: what was our guiding principle at the time of foundation, and what has continued to give us strength over the years? To keep these principles alive is to keep our vocation alive.

In the afternoon, the dialogue converged in the dynamics of the constellations, visually highlighting values that are inalienable for us. Among them are the Gospel, family life, relationships with others, and evangelical witness.

We continue to question ourselves about our mission, our reason for existing: ‘So that God may be known and loved by all people’.

During these days, the text “María Antonia París, friend and companion in the journey” is being distributed.
