Deep into Sea: Formation in communication

In the second formation cycle organised by the commission of “deep into sea”, we focused on “Communication that generates conflicts”. The doctor and psychotherapist Stella Cabildo helped us to deepen our understanding of the consequences of poor communication. She gave us some keys to grow in this area, putting into practice: active listening, empathy, assertive dialogue, and knowing how to negotiate so that everyone wins. 

More than a hundred connections of sisters and lay people who walk with us benefited from the talk.

We hope to continue to walk together and have more opportunities to grow as a family.
