In the care of the Congregational heritage

From 18 to 22 January 2021, the secretaries of the major entities and the secretary general are meeting online. The aim of the meeting is to encourage the renewal of the secretarial service that each one provides. It also aims to make known the new networked secretariat programme that is being set up in the Congregation.

There is a richness of sharing, from the experience of each one in what concerns concrete tasks of the prefecture of secretary according to our manual and Directory. As the days go by, with the practices on the new data platform, they become familiar with the structure and management of the programme; they also find new concerns to be reviewed in order to take common criteria… It is a task to which they must dedicate their time because of the importance and responsibility it entails.
