On July 9, We continued our Chapter work.
9 July 2023We opened the day with a wonderful prayer remembering Our Lady of Chiquinquirá, patroness of Colombia. We thanked God for this new day in which we celebrated the birthdays of our sisters Cristina Ruberte and Karla Quiñónez.
The facilitating team introduced the dynamics of group work on governance Memory. In small groups we were sharing about the Congregational reality.
The morning concluded with the Eucharist presided over by Fr. Henry cmf, vicar general, concelebrated by Fr. Carlos, prefect of spirituality. During the lunch we continued the birthday celebration, sharing the echoes of the groups informally.
The afternoon was free, some sisters took the opportunity to visit Rome and others stayed at home continuing work or resting. It was a quiet and peaceful Sunday.
