Presentation of the Congregation’s Formation Map

On Saturday, August 8, we had a very meaningful gathering to present the Formation Map of our Congregation, the fruit of a long process of development, enriched by contributions from different moments, experiences, and sisters from the various entities of the Congregation.

With grateful hearts, the Provincial Superiors and Prefects of Formation from different entities participated, together with sisters representing various stages of the formation process. This gathering was an opportunity to share the journey we have undertaken and to present the fruit of work carried out with dedication, attentive listening, discernment, and a spirit of communion.

Following the presentation, we had time for dialogue and exchange. The sisters who participated expressed their gratitude for the work that had been accomplished and their appreciation of the Formation Map, highlighting especially the clarity and practicality of the proposed content, as well as the establishment of common criteria for formation at the congregational level and for evaluating young women who wish to enter our Congregation and undertake a formation process with us.

This step is a profound reason to give thanks to God, as it enables us to continue along a shared path of unity, communion, and harmony, providing common guidelines that support the accompaniment of new generations and strengthen our commitment to formation.

We give thanks to God for this important step, which helps us to continue growing together and to become, each day, more faithful to the spirit and charism of our Founders, renewing with hope our commitment to the mission entrusted to us.
