SEARCHING FOR THE WAYS OF GOD
10 August 2025We have entered another beautiful stage in the life journey, with our Founders: a path toward youth and God’s call. From August 4 to 9, Priscilla Latela, our Superior General, accompanied us on a deep and transformative journey into our own youth and vocation. It was a creative process that helped us reflect more deeply on the unique call each of us has received.
The week unfolded through readings, reflections, personal and group work, various celebratory dynamics and rites of “gratitude,” of “admiring what happens,” of “desiring to fulfill God’s will”, conversations in the Spirit and dialogues between two, in the style of the disciples on the road to Emmaus. These experiences gradually led us to an encounter with the foundations, the founding experience of the vocation of París and Claret, and each one of us. We recognised the name with which God calls us, the mission for which He created us, the meaning He gives to each of us, our motto, and what we contribute to the world, the Church, and the Congregation, commitments that engage our whole being.
In a listening forum (open circle), we shared the “non-negotiable criteria” for Claretian vocational discernment, inspired by the founding experience of our Founders and by personal reflection. The week concluded with a day of retreat, enlightened by the initial experience of Mother Antonia.
We are deeply grateful to Priscilla for accompanying the group with passion and creative inspiration during such a meaningful stage.
We continue to ask for your prayers for the fruits of this journey.
