The Spirit in the Service of Leadership
1 June 2025The General Team From May 26 to 30 has participated in the third and final formation module in “discerning Leadership” on organizational models.
The module offered tools to continue growing as a synodal team, in an adaptive, interdependent and co-responsible style to generate the desired change from community discernment and the call to rediscover the creative and generative Spirit within ourselves, among ourselves, within our Congregations and in the world.
Every day the illuminations, the contemplative moments, the conversations in the Spirit, were falling like the water of a waterfall, sonorous and serene. Sonora because they invited us to listen to the internal voices of people and reality. Serene because having the great challenges in hand, they left a taste of peace, serenity, inner freedom to discover God’s passage.
It has been a time that has allowed us to strengthen at a personal and team level the experience of service and animation and to enhance community discernment and conversation in the spirit as sacred places where God reveals himself.
