Visit to Cameroon

From 28th November to 4th December our sisters Catherine Tulengi and Lidia Alcántara Ivars have been in the community of Bafoussam, in Cameroon. Once again they have enjoyed the opportunity to be with the sisters, the people with whom they share their faith in the parish, as well as to know more about the functioning of the hospital ‘Centre medicalisé catholique Marie Immaculée’ that we have there and the staff who are part of it.

On Sunday afternoon they received at home the visit of four Lay Claretians of the parish, which was also an opportunity to share with them some of the experiences of our XVIII General Chapter and the three calls that have come out of it.

At the end, Cathy and Lidia have left Cameroon with a grateful heart for all that they have lived. They are now on their way to Congo to visit the six communities we have there. They will continue to tell us…
