Happy day of the postulants!
21 September 2021On this day, September 22, we remember Florentina Sangler.
All of us at some point in life have found significant places and times that help us find and fulfill God’s dream for us. Florentina Sangler, a postulant in the convent of the company of Mary, feels that God invites her for something new, takes her out of her comfort zone and accompanying Maria Antonia arrives to the house of Don Pablo Bufarull, a place of recollection, a place where both experienced the consolation of God, and the preparation to grow in fraternity, willingness to take care of each other and cross the seas with the deep desire to concretize his will. (Cf. Aut. MP. No 113-116)
We want the time of postulancy to be a time of silence, of listening, of knowing and embracing your own personal history and of opening up to the reality finding ways to respond to him from what each one is.
May this same Spirit who encouraged Florentina to leave securities and abandon herself in the hands of the Lord accompany and encourage you in responding to the Lord with joy and evangelical fidelity.
