Following the Star…

The wise men followed the star and that is why they were able to reach Bethlehem; they led themselves be guided by one among so many in the sky. Maria Antonia Paris says in her Diary (13) that not everyone could see the star because many were blind, attached to what they had and though could not dream.

Somebody said that some look at the sky and see stars, others look at the sky and see constellations and others still look at the sky and find the leading star. May we know how to read the signs that surround us and set out with others in the search and adoration of God who is revealing himself in his Son.
