Generating Change

On December 28, the Government of the Province Mission of Africa, accompanied by the General Prefect of Apostolic Mission, met in Kimwenza with all the sisters of the four Claretian communities in Kinshasa. The objective of the meeting was to celebrate the continuity of the chapter process and to renew the commitment of the fraternity.

After reviewing the content and the experience of the second provincial chapter, with a group dynamic for each community, we became aware of the importance of commitment in order to generate both personal and community change. In the afternoon, after a prolonged time of personal prayer, we sealed our commitment in a symbolic way with the renewal of vows under the “l’arbre à palabra”.
