II MEETING OF PASTORALS of the province of Latin America
4 April 2018In the House of Spirituality of Sasaima, Colombia was held the II Pastoral Meeting of the Province of Latin America, coordinated by Marisol Bonier Torrealba., Prefect of the Apostolate, with the motto: “go forth with Mary and like Mary“.
In the meeting the following was done
- evaluate what was done in each Educational Centre during one year (March 2017 to March 2018), around a Common Action Plan whose Transversal Axes were: Vocational Culture (with special attention to Youth Ministry and Vocation Ministry); Shared Mission; Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation and Digitalized Evangelization, verifying that served as the basis for “Begin to UNITE PASTORAL CRITERIA in the Province“;
- develop enlightened points taken from the XVII General Chapter; of the challenges assumed in the I Meeting of Educators of Cali, Colombia, coordinated by the Claretian Fathers, and some aspects of the letter left by the laity who attended the XVII General Chapter;
- elaborate the Educational Pastoral Project of the Province.
The meeting was marked by dialogue, the fraternal welcome, spontaneous participation, group decision-making, sincere communication of strengths and weaknesses in the mission, the special motivation of the Eucharist, the liturgy, and the prayer moments.
