We continue walking together…

5 April 2024

…We continued our intense time of meetings: matters of the Congregation, economy, searching to respond to the formative process of the initial stages, linking the laity to the Congregation, work on the second phase of the questionnaire of the synodal journey and self-formation.

To conclude our meetings, we had a special moment of fraternal sharing as a Team in the Passionist Spirituality House. On Sunday afternoon, we visited the Archbasilica of St. John Lateran (Cathedral of the Diocese of Rome and Episcopal See of the Bishop of Rome); the Baptistery and the Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem, places that helped us to have a space for silence and prayer.

The next day, we took time to share our story of the leadership journey prepared in advance.  Each one’s story is unique and full of adventures, challenges, smiles, tears, experiences of faith and hope. It was a time of “sacred” listening, where we all felt confident to share our life experience.

We ended the meeting with a grateful heart for the gift of God through each one of us, and with the certainty that mutual knowledge favours the communion of encouragement for the mission.

And with these feelings, we prepared ourselves to live with intensity and depth the Easter Triduum together with the sisters of the community.

During these days, the text “María Antonia París, friend and companion in the journey” is being distributed.
