XXI Meeting of major superiors and councils with the general government
11 June 2022We continue our meeting of the provincial councils with the general government “offshore in the service of animation”. We made a first approach to the preparation of the XVIII General Chapter and we had two formative sessions with Prof. Pablo Bernal on the management of Polarities. An instrument which allows us to recognise our tendencies; see their implications and to learn how to manage them on a personal and group level. Thanks to a space for listening and practical exercises, we have been able to explore the main polarities that are at play in us and in our governing teams, and to discover how to consider them in the discernment processes.
