Animation and Government at the Service of the Proclamation of the Gospel – day 7, last session

13 April 2021

The objective of the last day of the meeting, 12 April, was focused on recognising the graces received along our journey, with a deep look, in an attitude of discernment, which places us before any reality as an opportunity and possibility of change.

Through various dynamics such as group work, surveys with Forms and spiritual conversation, we recognised that the meeting was a renewing confirmation of the XVII General Chapter.

We are a diversified congregational body, interconnected in complementarity and projected towards the future, in processes of interculturality, synodality, sustainability and change of paradigms at the personal, community, sharing with others and structural levels.

Truly the Lord is risen, the dawn is breaking! With hope and joy we confirm the mandate which is always the same and always new: proclaim to all what you have seen and heard….

We would also like to thank the technical team that accompanied us during these days, Miriam, and Giovanna, Claudia and Livia in translation.

A special acknowledgement to the two facilitators of the process: David Mc Callum, SJ and Pablo Bernal, with these heartfelt words:

“Thank you David, thank you Pablo! For accompanying us and making this journey with us with energy, enlightenment, with immense respect, discretion and empathy at the same time.

Thank you for helping us, as disciples of the Risen Master, to “reread our scriptures” from other points of view, other visions. We have made the exercise of learning to learn from your wisdom and also from the gift of different vocations.

We ask you to continue to pray for us so that we may make the graces we have received bear fruit.

All that remains is to say: Blessed are you Lord for so much goodness!

During these days, the text “María Antonia París, friend and companion in the journey” is being distributed.
